Board of Directors

Haio Barbeito is a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Barbeito is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Navy since August 2022, where he leads the global apparel and accessories brand. Prior to joining Old Navy, he spent 26 years with Walmart, including a decade in CEO roles for Walmart’s various international businesses. Most recently, he spent nearly three years serving as CEO for Walmart’s Canada business. Mr. Barbeito is a past board member of the Argentina American Chamber of Commerce, The Food Bank of Chile, among other associations, and is currently a member of the Board of the National Retail Federation (NRF) and of Shearer’s Foods LLC.
