Board of Directors

Court Carruthers is a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Carruthers is CEO-elect and a Director of Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC), a leading global provider of automotive replacement parts. He previously served as President and CEO of TricorBraun, a global packaging solutions company, from October 2017 to May 2025, and as Vice Chair from May 2025 to September 2026. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carruthers spent 13 years at W.W. Grainger, where he held a series of global leadership roles, including Group President, Americas. He currently serves as Lead Director of Ryerson Holding Corporation (NYSE: RYZ) and Chair of its Compensation Committee. He previously served as a director of US Foods, MonotaRO and Foundation Building Materials. Mr. Carruthers is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (FCPA, FCMA) and an Institute-Certified Director (ICD.D). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, an MBA from Queen’s University and a Doctor of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
