to have proper resupply of goods and ensures that established merchandising practices are followed. The Assistant Store Manager participates in recruitment and training activities of new employees.
Preferred candidate
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the retail industry;
- Experience in team management;
- Work schedule to be determined based on store operational needs;
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities;
- Good leadership and communication skills; and
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
