    Team Leader

  • As part of the management team, the Team Leader provides support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the daily retail store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, the Team Leader acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD), assigning tasks to be completed, ensuring that store opening/closing procedures are followed and that employees work safely. The Team Leader also participates in inventory processes and new employee training.within 5 km

    Preferred candidate

    • Minimum of one (1) year experience in the retail industry;within 20 km
    • Ambition to progress within the company;within 25 km
    • Work schedule to be determined based on store operational needs;within 30 km
    • ficiently organize time and manage priorities;

  • The Store Associate performs all general operations duties and supports the merchandise receiving process by merchandising products according to Company standards. The Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service, helping to maintain a safe work environment and ensuring the cleanliness of the store.
