The Store Manager has a key role at Dollarama, managing and overseeing the store operation which includes day-to-day operations, merchandising activities, recruitment and training of new employees, scheduling and inventory management. The Store Manager also ensures that the standards of the store are in line with company guidelines and best practices.weekly

The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the Management team in overseeing the daily retail store operations. In the absence of the management team, the Assistant Team Leader acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD), and ensures that assigned tasks are completed, store opening/closing procedures are followed, and employees work safely.
